A self-driven real estate professional with over 17 years of experience, Dr. Renu Singh has gained recognition in the Indian real estate sector as a result-oriented and award-winning business leader. Currently employed with Spaze Group as President (Sales & Marketing), Singh started her professional journey in April 2004 as a receptionist with a reputed developer.

Born in Chirawa village in Jhunjhunu, a rural district in Rajasthan, Singh started working after graduating from Girls Government College, Jhunjhunu. However, her thirst for knowledge and interest in understanding business operations drove her to pursue MBA from Symbiosis and further a PG diploma in Retail, Financial Management, and International Marketing from All India Institute of Management, Chennai.

In 2006, she joined ILD Developers as Asst. Manager Sales, and then moved to Raheja Developers Ltd in 2013 as General Manager (Sales). With sheer dedication and a strong work ethic, she climbed up the professional ladder to become Senior Vice President (Sales & Leasing) with Raheja Developers Ltd.

Over the years, she has gained industry exposure in marketing, luxury real estate sales, group housing, township, channel management, retail leasing, and customer relationship management. She has launched numerous real estate projects internationally in the United States, Canada, Macau, Shenzhen, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Dubai.

Dr. Renu has always adopted an aggressive approach to drive sales and demonstrated the qualities of a leader in her workspace.
